Overnight Oats is one of the most popular of current trending foods on earth. It is easy, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. It is enjoyed by millions daily. They are fine and they look fantastic. Overnight Oats is something that I’ve loved my whole life.

To begin with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook overnight oats using 6 ingredients and 2 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Overnight Oats:
  1. Take 18 oz Old Fashioned Oats
  2. Take 10 tsp Chia Seeds
  3. Prepare 3 cups Almond Milk, 2% milk, or Whole Milk
  4. Take 24 oz tub of Greek Yogurt (I use Honey Vanilla)
  5. Take 5 tsp Honey
  6. Prepare 5 tsp Vanilla
Instructions to make Overnight Oats:
  1. Add ingredients to large bowl and mix well. Spoon mixture in to container (make sure you leave room for the fruit), sprinkle with cinnamon, and store in refrigerator for 8 hours.
  2. Since it's summer now, I keep fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and bananas to mix in. I also cook down peaches to make peach tea, and keep the mush to add into the oatmeal.
