  3. In a large mixing bowl, add sausage and blend well with beef. shape meat into a crater. Add egg, and mix well. Shape back into crater.
  4. Chop fresh garlic, onion, tomato , and ketchup place into crater
  5. Sprinkle seasoning salt, and fresh herbs, or Italian seasoning
  6. Add bread crumbs & Parmesan cheese
  7. Blend thoroughly.
  8. Pour sauce on bottom of baking dish or crock pot. If baking, cover loosely with foil to allow venting. Otherwise, place in crock pot, set on low, for 3-4 hours.

Divide meatloaf mixture in half and pat half of mixture into each prepared loaf pan. As a veteran meatloaf chef, this is a terrific recipe. I actually added more brown sugar to the sauce and added.
