1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Place parchment paper in loaf tray and oil the paper and set aside
3. Mash bananas with a fork, and mix in butter in a large bowl
4. Add in sugar, egg and vanilla
5. Sprinkle baking soda and salt over mixture and mix in
6. Add flour last and mix
7. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for about 30-45 mins until toothpick comes out clean
8. So amazingly delicious, was my first time and came out perfect
9. I also added a handful of chopped pecans into the mixture but this is optional, walnuts are great for this too!
10. Can also sprinkle with pecans and cinnamon ontop as I did here! Gives a great touch!
