The ingredients needed to make Beef Lengua:
  1. Take 1/2 kg tenderloin or sirloin beef
  2. Prepare 1 can cream of mushroom
  3. Make ready 1 cup water
  4. Take 1 can button mushroom (slice)
  5. Take 1/3 cup light soy sauce
  6. Take 1/2 stick unsalted butter
  7. Make ready 1 pinch of ground pepper

  1. Using unsalted butter fry beef in medium heat. Do not over fry it. Add 2 cups of water and light sauce. Simmer until beef tender.Sprinkle with ground pepper.
  2. In a bowl mix cream of mushroom with 1 can of water. Stir until no lumps seen. Set aside.
  3. Pour cream of mushroom when beef is tender. Simmer until sauce thicken. Add the button mushroom. Adjust the taste when needed. Have a nice meal:))).
