  2. Maize flour main salt,haldi,red chilli,ajwain mix karein.
  3. Maize flour main 4tsp oil dal ke rub kar le.
  4. Lukewarm water se soft doughbana kar ball bana le.
  5. Ball ko apne hath ki palm par flat kar le.
  6. Stuffing dale roll kar flat kar le.
  7. Air fryer ko heat kar le.
  8. Airfyer ki basket main silver foil lagaye kachori ko carefully rakhe.
  9. Brush se oil lagaye.
  10. Air fryer main rakhe 160 degree par 10 minute bake kar side palat de.
  11. 120 degree par 10 minute bake ke le.
  12. Serve karein baked kachori.
