Hello everybody, it’s Louise, welcome to my recipe page. Today, I’m gonna show you how to make a special dish, flan. One of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I’m gonna make it a bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Flan is one of the most popular of recent trending foods on earth. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. It is easy, it is quick, it tastes delicious. Flan is something which I have loved my entire life. They are fine and they look wonderful.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few components. You can have flan using 4 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Flan:
  1. Get 10 large egg yolks
  2. Make ready 1/2 can condense milk
  3. Prepare 1/2 can evaporated milk
  4. Make ready 3 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions to make Flan:
  1. Combine the egg yolks, evap milk, and condense milk. Lightly mix it together using a fork. Do not beat and remain from creating bubbles. Set aside.
  2. Using a lanera (or any baking pan oval shape or whatever shape ypu prefer) put in the brown sugar. Melt the sugar on top of the heat until brown/blackish color comes out. Do not burn.
  3. When done. Pour the egg yolk mixture to the lanera. In a preheated oven. Bake the flan using a water bath method. (place the lanera on a oven pan with 1inch water on it). Bake for 30min
  4. Do not overbake as the eggs will get hard. Keep in checking them in the oven. Transfer to plate when done.
