  18. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon crushed ginger (more if you like)
  19. Take 1 splash Tamari
  20. Make ready 1/2 lime (juice)
Steps to make Raw Vegan Pad Thai:
  1. Wash and dry the vegetables and herbs. Ribbon the vegetables. Chop the chili pepper and herbs and crush the nuts ready to garnish.
  2. Combine the ingredients for the sauce in a small blender. Taste and adjust as to your preference.
