Put condiments (A) in a pan and heat it until it comes to a boil. It's fried and marinated tofu stuffed with seasoned rice. The tofu tastes sweet, soft, and juicy, and the rice is vinegared: it's a very unique combination, and even a little meaty! It's very simple to make, and very popular in Korea.

Instructions to make Stuffed Fried Tofu:
  1. Chop the carrot, the green onion, and the Oba into small pieces.
  2. Cut the fried tofu into halves.
  3. Knead the minced meat until it becomes sticky. Then add chopped ingredients to the meat and mix them.
  4. Open the fried tofu pockets carefully, and stuff fillings into the fried tofu.
  5. Place the stuffed tofu and simmer it over medium-low heat over 10 minutes.
  6. Cut the Oba into thin strips.
  7. When it is cooked, leave the pan for a while. Cut it in half and serve on a plate. Sprinkle the roasted sesame and the Oba.

The tofu tastes sweet, soft, and juicy, and the rice is vinegared: it's a very unique combination, and even a little meaty! It's very simple to make, and very popular in Korea.
