  1. Pour olive oil and minced garlic into pan, and heat it up. Once warm place the chicken pieces on pan and brown both sides.
  2. Once the chicken is browned, pour Prego into pan all over chicken. Pour half a cup of red wine into the empty jar and Shake it to get the rest of the sauce off the sides of the jar. Then pour the contents onto the chicken. Stir so sauce is uniform.
  3. Sprinkle a teaspoon of garlic powder onto the chicken. Cover pan and let simmer for 30 minutes. Start the pasta water boiling now.
  4. Remove the chicken and serve with the pasta. You should have plenty of sauce. Serves 4.
