  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Uncover and cook an additional 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and cover with foil to keep it from drying until you serve it..

Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Brush the melted butter over the chicken, using all the butter. Don't over cook, as they might turn out tough.
