The ingredients needed to make Fried Rice:
  1. Prepare 3 cups cook rice
  2. Prepare 1 cup peas and carrots
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp soy sauce
  4. Make ready 1 tbsp Teriyaki marinade & sauce
  5. Make ready 1 tsp garlic powder
  6. Take 1 cup cooked diced chicken (I used my lemon chicken)
  7. Prepare to taste salt & pepper
  8. Get 3 eggs lightly beaten
  9. Prepare 1/4 stick butter
Steps to make Fried Rice:
  1. Cook your favorite rice. (2 cups of uncooked made 3 cups of cooked). Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet melt butter on medium high, then pour in eggs. Scramble then and when they are done, add cooked rice, peas & carrots, chicken, soy sauce & Teriyaki marinade & sauce. Stir and lower heat to medium and stir till all ingredients are mix well together. Enjoy!
