5. The last layer should be the potatoes and it should be glazed with whisked egg, sprinkle a little black pepper or cloves on it before placing it in the oven. Bake for 90 minutes. Allow to cool off a bit then cut them into triangular slices and serve with a chilled drink 🍹💕
