  2. Because of the brand sausage I use its not oily so I have to add a bit of oil. Add oil, let heat then add garlic and let cook In . stirring constantly.
  3. After about 3 minutes add chickpeas and liquid stir cook 3 minutes add salt, shallots, pepper flakes, breadcrumbs, and stir add water half a cup at a time.
  4. If after the first half cup its moist enough for you don't add the second
