Make ready 200 gm Boneless Chicken
Make ready to taste Salt
Take 1 tsp black pepper powder

Make ready 1 tbsp Kasori Methi(dry fenugreek leaves)
Make ready 1-2 tsp Sugar
Steps to make Butter Chicken:
Take 200gm boneless chicken pieces in a bowl.
Add 1 tsp black pepper and salt as per taste.
Now add 1 tsp turmeric powder,1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste,2 tbsp yoghurt.
Mix it well and keep it for 30 mins.
Take a pan,heat some oil.
Add the marrinated chicken pieces into the pan.
Fry it until it looks golden brown in colour.
Now make the gravy.Take a pan,put 7-8 cashew nuts.Then add chopped onion.
Add 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste, chopped tomato,salt as per taste.cover it for 2 mins.
Now cool down the masala and put into the mixture jar and add 1/2 cup water.
Make a smooth paste.
Now take a pan,put 1 tsp butter.
Now add the gravy and cook for 2 mins.Add 1 cup water.
Now add the fried chicken pieces and cook for 10 mins.
Now add 1-2 tsp sugar and salt as per taste.
Sprinkle some Kasori Methi.
Put 1 tbsp fresh cream and cover it.
Butter Chicken is ready to serve.Serve it with Roti/Nun/Paratha/Puri…
