  1. Take 1 package silken tofu
  2. Get 1-2 green onion stalks
  3. Get light soya sauce(to taste)

  4. Dice up the green onion and put it on top of the tofu.
  5. Pour the soya sauce over.
  6. (Optional step if you like it super cold) - put it back in the fridge and leave it there for 5-10 mins
