  5. Pour Tomato Sauce along with the Diced Tomatoes, add some more salt. Allow sauce to simmer, low and uncovered for 20 minutes
  6. While Sauce Simmers, Cook Elbow Macaroni according to package
  7. Once Sauce is finished, stir in the parsley and add Macaroni. Stir well
  8. Top the Macaroni with two grated cheeses, place the skillet under the broiler for 5 minutes, top off work parsley and serve.
