  1. Take 4 Eggs
  2. Prepare 2 cups Milk
  3. Take 1 cup Powdered sugar

  3. Caramelize the sugar until light brown in a pudding vessel.remove from heat. Cool it.
  4. Pour the custard (egg & milk mix) into the caramelized mould. Close it with a lid. Steam it over boiling water 25 min. remove from heat.
  5. Cool it & refrigerate it 15 min. Unmould it & decorate it with caramelized nuts.
