Make scrambled egg by adding a bit of chicken powder and pepper into the egg batter, and set a side.
Sauté chopped garlic and onion on a pan until they turn into golden brown and fragrance.
Add chopped cayenne and stir a bit.
Add the diced chicken breast and stir until the color change.
Add the rest ingredients such as sausage, scrambled egg, tomato paste, chilli sauce, oyster sauce, sweet soya sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, chicken stock powder (or salt as needed), sugar, white pepper.
