The ingredients needed to make Green Enchiladas:
  1. Make ready 1 lb ground beef
  2. Take 20 corn tortillas
  3. Make ready 1 vegetable oil or olive oil
  4. Take 5 long green chiles
  5. Take 3 spicy serrano peppers
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp cumin powder
  7. Make ready 16 oz monterrey or munster cheese
  8. Take 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken

  1. preheat oven 350°F
  2. in pan toast long green chiles
  3. boil serrano peppers
  4. cook ground beef until it browns
  5. peel long green chiles and add to blender
  6. also in blender add serrano,cream of mushroom or chicken and cumin
  7. in a bowl,combine blended sauce with ground beef
  8. in pan with vegetable oil or olive oil soften corn tortillas
  9. we begin to layer corn tortillas.sauce and cheese
  10. make about 5 layers total depending the size of pan
  11. corn tortillas,then sauce,then cheese
  12. repeat, after layers are done,put in oven for 30 mins. enjoy
