  1. Cut cauliflower into small florets. Cube potato. Boil 1 cup water with little salt. Add cauliflower and potato and parboil it. Drain water and reserve stock.Soak poppy seed in hot water for few minutes.Grind it to a paste with few cashew nuts and 1 green chilli.Grind coconut coarsely. Add ginger paste and 1 tbsp curd in poppy paste.

Heat oil in a pan.Fry the parboiled cauliflower and potato light golden brown.Pour out excess oil.Add 1 tsp ghee to the remaining 1 tsp oil in the pan.Sprinkle shahjeera and half crushed whole garam masala.Fry coconut, curd, poppy seed, ginger paste lightly.Add salt and 1/2 tsp sugar and fry.Add the cauliflower,potato,peas and the reserved stock.Toss all and cook till done.Sprinkle garam masala, scraped coconut, few raisins and broken cashew nut.Serve with rice,jeera rice or any Indian flatbread
