  5. Prepare 4 tablespoon water
  6. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon ground roasted cumin seeds
  7. Take 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  8. Prepare 2 pinch salt
  9. Get 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
  10. Prepare 1 tablespoon tahini (white sesame seed paste)
Steps to make Oats Hummus:
  1. Drain the chickpeas and reserve a few whole chick peas for serving.
  2. Combine the chickpeas, bagrry's oats, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt, tahini, and water in a food processor, and blend to a creamy purée.
  3. Take out in a bowl and make it smooth with the back of a spoon or a ladle.
  4. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and scatter the reserved chickpeas.
  5. Sprinkle pepper powder and garnish the way you like and serve.
